Four Four Three does its best to produce and assure that our products meet the highest standards.

However, if you’ve encountered a defect resulting from faulty workmanship or defects in materials, you are covered by our 2 years (24 months) limited warranty.

Limited warranty covers the following:

For two years from the date of purchase and covers the original owner only (valid proof of purchase is required ).

 

Limited warranty does not cover the following:

The warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from normal wear and tear, shipping, storage, improper installation, misuse, crashes accidents or loss caused by accident or theft.

- Incorrect or lack of maintenance

- Incorrect assembly

- Wheels that have been modified

- Damages caused by the use of parts from different manufactures or used parts

 

Wear and Tear part:

- Decals and paint

- Spokes

- Nipple

- Rim strips

- Free hub

 

No cover of damage resulting from use with non-compatible, unsuitable or modified products, defacing of our products and with non-original parts.

 

Combination with, non-compatible products or from improper installation of compatible products (tubeless technology, locking torque, tuning, tires, etc.)

Repairs carried by a an authorized Four Four Three dealer.

 

Incorrect repairs & alternation of our products:

Incorrect assembly, incorrect use or misuse & carelessness abuse, negligence, improper operation, failure to follow instructions, jumping or stunts or from use on gas, electric or other powered bicycles.

 

Delivery and transport damage:

Leasing, commercial use or use in competitions

Any costs to ship or otherwise return the product, or any parts or labor not specifically required in order to address a warranty claim.

Forging of the details of the original owner.

What you need in order to submit a limited warranty claim:

- Proof of purchase, original owner only (valid proof of purchase is required).

- Name, address & contact information of Shop or online retailer where purchased.

- Date of purchase.

- Your contact information (full name, email address, posting address, phone number).

- Explanation of the complaint must accompany the product.

Full Disclosure:

Four Four Three shall in no event be liable for death ,injuries to people or property or for any incidental, contingent, special or consequential damages caused by our products and by the use of our products.

 

Four Four Three shall in no event be liable to defects due directly or indirectly to misuse, abuse, negligence or accidents, repairs or alterations or to a lack of maintenance.

Issues a limited warranty for 24 months from the date of purchase on defects in materials only to original retail consumer/purchaser.

 

To take advantage of warranty, the product must be returned for examination, postage prepaid to the dealer where you bought the product or to Four Four Three Service Center.

 

Proof of purchase date and an explanation of the complaint must accompany the product.

If our inspection discloses a defect, Four Four Three will either repair or replace the product or refund the purchase price replacement at Four Four Three expense. But if it is determined that there is no defect, or that the defect resulted from causes not within the scope of this warranty, then the user must afford the cost of shipping.

Four Four Three does not authorize or allow anyone ,including Four Four Three authorized dealers ,to extend any other protections or warranties on our behalf.

 

If a product purchased from a Four Four Three Authorized Dealer and submitted by its original purchaser is found to be out of warranty, the original purchaser will be given the option of paying for repairs or replacement, or having the product returned at his or her expense.

 

Four Four Three shall in no event be liable for incidental or consequential losses, damages, or expenses in connection with its products.

Four Four Three s’liability hereunder, is expressly limited to repair or replace (at Four Four Three s’ sole discretion) for products covered by this warranty, using the same or, if no longer available, currently released versions of the products.
